Custom Cruzin Caps

Thank you for your interest in ordering custom Cruzin Caps! A custom cap with your logo is a great way to stand out from other coffee shops — and it’s easier to set up than you might think. Whether you already have a design in mind or just an idea, we’re happy to help bring it to life.

How It Works

  1. Send us your artwork — Email your logo or design to andrea@fastcap.com or jayme@fastcap.com.
  2. We build a free proof — Our graphics team mocks up your design on a few of our standard cap shapes so you can see exactly how it will look.
  3. You approve the details — Pick your shape, material, and quantity, then send the signed approval form back to us.
  4. We print and ship — Lead time is about 1–2 weeks from approved artwork.

Preparing Your Artwork

We get the best results from vector files — .ai, .eps, or .svg — with any text converted to outlines. If you don’t have a vector file, don’t worry! Send us whatever artwork you have and we’ll take a look. We’ll let you know if it will work for printing or if anything needs to be adjusted.

To help you get started, we’ve put together a design template with our cut, margin, and bleed lines built in — it’s Adobe Illustrator ready.

Tip: if your design includes small text, it can be hard to read once it’s shrunk down to cap size. We’ll always flag this on your proof, but printing your artwork at actual size ahead of time is a good way to double-check readability yourself.

Pricing

  • One-Time Setup Fee: $55.00 (applied to your initial order only)
  • Standard Custom Caps: $1.10 per sheet
  • NEW Eco Paper Custom Caps: $0.80 per sheet

Haven’t tried Eco Paper yet? It’s worth a look: brighter colors, a thinner feel, and it’s fully recyclable and compostable.

Making a Change Later

Need to tweak a color on a design you’ve already ordered? A single color swap is a one-time $35 fee — just let us know what you’d like changed.
